At Worthington Christian Church, we cherish the spirit of teamwork. Many of our staff members have been working together for over 15 years, a testament to our commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. As our congregation continues to flourish, so does our need for talented and gifted individuals who share our values and wish to contribute to our team. Worthington Christian Church, founded in 1975 as a church plant from other Christian churches in the Columbus area, has had a remarkable journey. In the span of nearly 50 years, we have transformed from a humble congregation of less than 50 individuals to a thriving community of over 2,000, with a weekly attendance averaging over 1,300.

Our vision is to "FOLLOW JESUS TOGETHER," and we are passionate about reaching those who do not yet know Jesus. In 2023, we launched the REACH Initiative with the intention of re-envisioning our space to better serve our members, their families, and our surrounding community. Our five-year goal is to launch a second campus north of us in a fast-growing area of Delaware County.
