The Baptism of Jesus

The words "repent" and "baptized" are often seen together, and for good reason. To "repent" means to "change one's mind or direction." Baptism is from the Greek word "Baptizo" which literally means to dip, immerse or sink.
To "repent and be baptized" is to change our life and confess our faith because we believe who Jesus claimed to be -- the Son of God.
